What we collect
Your name, email address, phone number, postcode, timescale and any details you send about your project.
Why we collect it
To answer your enquiry, arrange a consultation and survey, and prepare a quotation. We do not sell your details or share them for marketing.
AI room adviser
When you request a recommendation, your room dimensions, player preferences and goals are processed through Lovable AI. Do not include personal or confidential details. We do not save your room brief as an enquiry unless you choose to send it through the enquiry form. A daily hashed network identifier and request counts are stored privately to limit misuse. AI guidance is a starting point and requires a Forged site assessment.
Storage and legal basis
Enquiries are stored securely using Lovable Cloud and accessed by our team to respond to your request. We process enquiries on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to prospective customers, or to take steps at your request before entering a contract.
How long we keep it
For as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any resulting contract, and then as required for our legal and accounting obligations.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us through our enquiry form. You can also raise a concern with the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
